What

The five-session Executive Leadership Academy is an exclusive program designed to foster growth in advancing professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders. The program includes:
• Analysis of strengths presented in a customized, data-driven report
• Actionable information that can be applied to develop yourself, your team and your organization
• Access to industry titans and practical tips for becoming a better leader
• Alumni network from leading businesses and nonprofits across the state

Where

Sessions will be held at First Orion HQ (North Little Rock)

The safety of our attendees, employees and partners is of utmost importance to us. Our team continuously monitors the COVID-19 recommendations from the Governor's office, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). Mandates and guidelines including but not limited to hand sanitizer, face masks and social distancing will be in place at each session, and we will advise if contingency plans should be implemented.

Tuition

Tuition is $3,250 per person and includes program fees and course materials. Payments are due by Friday, March 3, 2023 by accepted applicants.

Arkansas' emerging business and nonprofit leaders:

  • Accomplished leaders poised to take the next step within their organization and community.

  • Corporate executives, non-profit heads, entrepreneurs, policy makers.

  • At least 30 years of age.

    *Class size is limited.

To be considered for the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy, you must Apply and provide an executive reference from your organization.

Business Owners:  If you are a business owner, you can simply nominate yourself.
