The five-session Executive Leadership Academy is an exclusive program designed to foster growth in advancing professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders. The program includes:

Who?
Who is the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy for?
Arkansas Business's Executive Leadership Academy is designed to foster personal development and professional growth for the state’s emerging business and nonprofit leaders. Participants must be at least 30 years old and in a management position.
Who will I meet?
Fellow participants will include (but are not limited to) emerging leaders in banking, communications and media, real estate, healthcare, transportation, government and academia. Established CEOs and nonprofit leaders will be available for lunchtime programming and Q&A to help assist in the growth of participants.
Why?
Why participate in the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy?
Each of our five sessions will feature a conversation with one of the state’s top business and nonprofit leaders with an emphasis on collaborative learning, personal skills assessment and leadership development. Participants will have access to one-on-one coaching and session facilitation that will help them take the lessons learned from the academy and incorporate them into the workplace.
What?
What topics will be covered?
Insight Leadership Group, which has conducted workplace training for Tyson Foods, Transplace, Metova and Providence St. Joseph Health, is building programming for leaders representing a wide range of organizations and industries.
What does it cost & What is included?
Tuition for the virtual program is $3,250 and covers personal assessments, coaching, mentorship and supplies. Schedule includes one full-day and four half-day sessions. What do I need to bring?
You are welcome to bring a laptop, iPad or tablet.
What should I wear?
Dress business casual and comfortably for the entire program.
What if I miss one of the sessions?
While we realize that scheduling conflicts are sometimes unavoidable, we recommend committing fully to all five sessions in order to optimize the experience, build your network, and realize the full value of Arkansas Business’ Executive Leadership Academy. If a conflict arises and you miss a session, we will be happy to get you up to speed at a mutually agreed upon date/time prior to the next session.

When?
When is the next Leadership Academy?
The Next Arkansas Business Leadership Academy Will Kick Off On March 3, 2023 at First Orion in Downtown north Little rock. Space is limited and your application form, followed by a biographical form and payment, must be completed before the start of the program.
