Since joining the family business in 1994, Dillard has worked his way through the ranks of the Dillard’s company his grandfather founded 56 years previously. He has worked in buying, sales management, product development and merchandising, and makes sure to keep his grandfather’s philosophy alive in the company.

Mockabee and the Salvation Army have revamped the organization’s social service programming to be client-centered and provide wrap-around case management. This has led to new partnerships with other service providers in the region and provided a more robust program that clients can take advantage of. Mockabee is a 2021 graduate of the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy.

Davenport is a top voice in Arkansas’ renewable energy industry. He is on the boards of the Argenta Downtown Council, the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and the UA

As one of the first hires at Big River Steel in 2014, Trammell helped her new parent company, United States Steel Corporation, embark on a multi-phased expansion. Trammell worked on the capital project team taking primary responsibility for land acquisition contracts. She helped make Big River Steel the first ResponsibleSteel steel mill in North America. Trammell is a 2019 graduate of the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy.

In 2018, Sugg became a certified executive coach and co- founded the Leadership Foundation for Women.
